Preface to the electronic edition

This Romani-German translation dictionary for the dialect of Romani spoken in Finland was published in 1901. It was digitized in February 2008 at Harvard University library by Google, from where the scanned images were copied to the Internet Archive, from where they were copied to Project Runeberg in October 2013, for OCR and proofreading. Since the OCR software has incomplete support for the Romani language and no support at all for the dialect in this dictionary, the raw OCR text will require a lot of work in proofreading.
